For schools, NGOs & organisations

Workshops, webinars & teacher training — built for real classrooms.

When a teacher walks back into class on Monday morning, the workshop has created a shift in the teacher’s mental health. Prachi’s school work is built around that.

Stapoo runs in-person workshops, online webinars, and ongoing teacher-training programs for schools, NGOs, and organisations working with children. Topics are tailored to the institution, but the most-requested are: building compassionate classrooms, safe-and-unsafe touch education, non-violent communication for teachers, and supporting neurodivergent students inside mainstream classrooms. Programs run from a single 90-minute session to year-long teacher cohorts. Prachi has 17+ years of practice with children and teenagers — what she brings to schools is grounded in clinical work, not theory.

Why this matters

Less than 3% of Delhi-NCR schools have a counsellor on staff. Across India the picture is similar. The institutional gap in school mental health infrastructure is enormous — and at the individual classroom level, teachers are absorbing distress they were never trained to absorb. Workshops that change one teacher’s daily practice reach hundreds of children that counselling never could.

Three takeaways

  • Workshops that change Monday-morning teaching are worth attending.
  • The biggest leverage in school mental health is the staff, not the visiting expert.
  • Stapoo’s school work is the field-research engine behind its 1:1 practice — and it shows.
